All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates

Includes delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International Shipping Rates
Exclusive Simple Export Rate service, international shipping is finally affordable!
For shipments to countries besides Canada, your package will first be shipped to one of the multiple warehouses across the USA. The package is then forwarded to the destination country, where it’s handed to your recipient by their country’s local Postal Service.
Depending on the country, while not guaranteed, delivery usually occurs within 1-4 weeks.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@formuler.us.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order.
Only regular priced items may be returned & refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned & refunded, all sales are final!
Open-Box items are subject to the same 15-day return policy and will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs paid by formuler.us.com will be deducted from the refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@formuler.us.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
